Despite the rigorous training and competition schedule at KMS, all dorm students are offered supervised off-campus activities - such as trips to the movies, the mall, or out to dinner - on a regular basis. Group living provides an invaluable experience for young adults, who learn to live more independently at boarding school. With the guidance of our dedicated staff, our students learn to respect individual differences, resolve conflict and take responsibility for the care and upkeep of the facility in which they reside. Students have a voice in establishing the rules by which they must live through student representation. Commitment to the RILER ideal remains paramount to community life at KMS. The Morse Campus on Killington Road Students, teachers and coaches alike eat together in our dining room which is staffed by an accomplished head chef and support staff. Our food continually receives rave reviews from student-athletes, parents, and visitors. The student lounge is used for socializing or playing Ping-Pong in the evenings as well as for quiet study during school hours. Killington Resort |
