Claire began skiing in the Development programs at the Killington Ski Club and attended KMS as a student-athlete in the Alpine program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bates College, where she received a B.A. in Religious Studies. At Bates, Claire was captain of the Alpine Ski Team and eventually joined the program as an assistant coach, leading the team to strong annual showings at the NCAA Division 1 National Championships.

Claire’s other professional accomplishments include service as the Special Projects Administrator for the President of Bates College, where she developed crucial abilities in education administration and fundraising. She was also a financial analyst in Boston before returning to coaching at Gould Academy, where she served as an admissions liaison for On Snow Programs and coached U16 alpine athletes and soccer. Claire went on to be named as the Assistant and then, Head Alpine Ski Coach at Clarkson University (Div. III) leading the team to annual USCSA National Championship appearances and coaching the men’s team to win a National Title in GS. While at Clarkson, she obtained her Master's in Business Administration and recently exercised her promotional expertise in the marketing department of a Fortune 500 company.


 Since 1974, KMS has provided student-athletes the opportunity to pursue excellence on the ski slope and in the classroom. KMS alumni have proved themselves as athletes and as scholars, as leaders in business and in the community. The personal attention and passion for excellence at KMS guides each student-athlete towards his or her potential, helping each alum reach his or her goals.
