Student of the Week - Musashi Eto

Congratulations to Musashi Eto, who was named Student of the Week at Wednesday's all-school meeting. Musashi is a 9th grade Alpine athlete who comes to KMS from Flemington, New Jersey. Musashi was nominated for this award by math/science teacher Richard Morse. Richard shared, "Musashi is always ready the second class starts. He is engaged, focused, and excited about Geology In addition, Musashi worked with me during every one of my free blocks one day last week, designing a "Laser Printing for a Fun" laser class and completing his electric long board. It was an amazing engineering project. He's also true to his word; if he says he is going to do something, he sees it to completion and with a high level of quality." World Languages co-chair Robert Cavanna agreed with Richard, "I second the nomination of Musashi. He hits the ground running in every class period for our Latin class, ready to work hard and focus." Musashi is new to KMS this year, and he's integrated incredibly well, rising to both academic and athletic demands, making it seem as though he's been here for years. Congratulations, Musashi! Way to go!
