Devon Gulick brings over 15 years of coaching experience to the KMS Snowboard Program, where he is known for his steady leadership, technical insight, and unwavering commitment to athlete development. Before joining the academy, Devon served as the Head Snowboard Coach at Holderness School and previously coached at Loon Mountain, contributing to the progression of countless riders across competitive and recreational pathways.
Devon’s coaching philosophy centers on “helping kids take their sport as far as they can, by creating opportunities for high-level training and competition, with a focus on using their passion for sport as a vehicle to create well-rounded athletes and human beings.” This approach guides every session he leads, blending intentional instruction with a supportive environment that empowers athletes to grow both on and off the snow.
Beyond coaching, Devon is an avid photographer, fly fisherman, and mountain biker. Whether behind the lens, on the river, or exploring trails, he brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm to his hobbies that he brings to his work with young athletes. His dedication, experience, and holistic approach make him a valued member of the KMS Community.
