Emmitt brings an impressive background in human performance, with experience working with professional, collegiate, military, and young athletes. Most recently, he served as a strength and conditioning coach within the Florida Panthers hockey organization, working with athletes at both the ECHL and NHL levels. He also spent several years developing human performance programs for the U.S. Marine Corps, including establishing a new human performance department at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Emmitt has Vermont roots originally from the area and with a connection to the soccer program at Vermont State University-Castleton, as both an athlete and coach.
