Three, Two , One … Slalom
Over the past weekend the U12 team had three full days of SL starting on Friday with a U10/U12 SL Camp at Quechee, continued with more training on Bunny on Saturday then back to Quechee on Sunday for a Stubby SL. Participation from our U10 and U12 athletes at the camp was very impressive.
Following the SL Camp on Friday the Overbay family hosted a pizza party for parents, coaches and athletes. Adults socialized in the house while the kids explored the woods, stream, sledding and had playtime with the family’s black lab. Three days of dedicated SL training paid off with KMS taking home the “Boot” for the 3rd time this season! Though not every KMS athlete made the podium coaches were very pleased and impressed with all the athletes!
