KMS athletes ascending podiums at USASA Nationals

Competition at USASA Nationals at Copper, CO wrapped up with Killington Mountain School Freeski and SkiCross athletes having solid success in their events. Owen Ciaglo earned first in Ruggies in Monday's Slopestyle event, Montana Osinski second in Breaker, and Meghan Ciaglo was seventh in Menehune. At the RailJam, Liam Brogden earned second place in Grom.

Beloved Freeski Coach Peter DuBois was unable to attend due to a very exciting and much anticipated date in his life, the impending birth of his second child, but the athletes made sure he was there in spirit every step of the way!

On Tuesday, Connie Brogden took second in the Halfpipe comp in the Open Class. In SkiCross events, Joanna Robinson-Leith was third place in Breakers and Lindsey LaBaugh took the win for Menehune. In Slopestyle, Liam Brogden was fourth for Grommet, Dylan Damore was 14th for Breaker, and Trent Miller took 16th with Joey Damore in 31st, both in Menehune.

Nice work, everyone! Way to end the season strong!
