Sarah Hamlin is a Full-Term 9th grade Gravity Mountain Bike athlete, who comes to KMS from Mendon, Vermont. She was recognized for this award by her coach Josh Poirer, who has been consistently amazed at this young woman's drive and dedication to both her athletics as well as her academics. Josh states, "Sarah never has any missing assignments, and continually strives to achieve great grades. Her positive attitude positively affects everyone around her- team and community alike. As an athlete, she is consistently on the podium and puts in the work in the gym. Overall, Sarah is a great example of a high achieving student-athlete." Josh also noted that he was impressed with the time and effort Sarah put in recently via a very large Science Fair project that she had to complete while away on a two week training trip. For those of us who were able to see this project upon its completion, it was obvious that Sarah was focused on doing her best and showcasing her amazing knowledge of her sport. Nice work, Sarah!
